Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order value. Orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable import duties can be paid at the time of checkout. There should be no additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped.

Customers who refuse a shipment from Matteau are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

General Shipping Overview

All successful orders will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. More information on our shipping policies can be found here. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number.

Delivery timeframes indicated above are based on addresses in metro areas. If you are in a regional area, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

Signature upon delivery is required. Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.

If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, Matteau is not responsible for any incorrect information.

Please note: orders are dispatched once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your complete order will ship once items are available for shipping. If you would like your orders to come separately, please place separate orders.
