Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all garment tags and hygiene seals attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

Matteau reserves the right to deny any unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Returns must be received back to Matteau within 14 days from the date received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

Returns flat rate fees vary based on country, please see below chart for the local fee applicable for your return. Any shipping, return fees or additional duties and taxes paid will not be refundable.

Matteau is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

We are unable to offer exchanges, we ask that you return your order for a refund following the below steps, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.

Customers who refuse a shipment from Matteau are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping.

Any shipping, return fees, and/ or duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.
